Hi, I’m Megan! Thank you so much for purchasing from Coral Sky Designs. I’m here to assist you with any questions you may have about setting up and installing your Coral Sky theme to match the demo site.

If you’re having trouble with installation, getting your site to resemble the demo, or locating a specific setting, feel free to ask. I typically respond to tickets within 24-48 business hours.

I do not provide support for third-party plugins and apps that were not recommended for the theme. For assistance, please contact the support team or documentation of the specific plugin or app.

Although I can suggest specific plugins for each theme, it’s important to note that I don’t have full control over them because I didn’t create them. As a result, my support may be limited. I will do my best to help you, but I may need to refer you to the support team of a particular plugin instead.

I do not offer support for WooCommerce, but you can find helpful free guides here and support documentation here. You can also discover numerous video tutorials with a quick search on YouTube.

Before submitting a ticket…

  • Check the Support Docs first to see if your question has already been answered. Use the search bar on the Support Docs site to search for terms or phrases of what you’re looking for.
  • Clear your cache if you’re not seeing changes appear on your site after saving edits and customizations.
  • Update WordPress, Plugins, and Kadence Theme if you haven’t already. An older version of something could be causing an issue.
  • Rule out plugin conflicts if something on your live site looks completely broken and many things are not working properly.

The hosting company for your site (i.e BigScoots, Siteground, Cloudways, etc)
Please provide the URL that is related to the question or issue you are describing.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you need help with. Include the specific page or pages you are having trouble with (including links), the browser you are using, the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the issue, and the desired outcome. Videos can help to explain the issue, so please feel free to share a Loom video link if you have trouble describing your issue!
